How did you manage to see Dark Shadows just now? I would think it's no longer being shown in major theaters, and not yet on on DVD/blu. Maybe one of those cheaper theaters that shows slightly older releases?

Yep, my good local dollar theater. Which is actually 2.50 now I think. I usually catch a lot of movies there. That way I'm not in with the new release crowd, but I beat the DVD watchers.

Well I finally saw it. Having never seen the original series. I had only the soap opera-ish version of the 80's to compare it to.
I liked it but not his best film. Barnabus had some pretty funny lines though.
