So yes, I know it is only April. But is it ever really to early to start planning for the next big Halloween night.
I find myself having some extra time and since I dont want to be rushed in October I thought it might be a good time to get things planned and started.
What better place to share and get comments than from my fellow enthusiasts here at Ryans awesome web site.
So for 2009 the plan is to make at least 2 of the coffins outlined in the other post. For posteritys sake It is at this link.

I really think for the price and the fun of putting them together it will be hard to beat. They look real. and could probly be used as the real things if pressed.
Im also going to be fencing in the yard this year with the fence project found at The Haunted Drive Way.

I might try something a bit different for the design, but that is essentially what I will be doing. I am excited about the fence as it will allow me to hopefully keep the props up longer without fear of any hooligans coming and destroying stuff.
Also on the agenda is the corpsing of at least one bucky.

And finally a new tombstone to add to the collection. I have already found my inspiration this year. I found it in Warhammer Online, the MMO computer game I play too much of.
Heres a pic of what I hope it to look like from a screen shot in the game.
So wish me luck, I will attempt to keep this post updated through the year leading up to Halloween with updates as I go.
Happy haunting this summer everyone..
