Here is a pic of my daughter's costume and the source material.



Most of it was put together with stuff we found at thrift stores and the jacket is the only thing that required any alteration. It's not as close as I'd like, but in person she looks pretty creepy.

That's great and yes... creepy.

I'd suggest dark make-up around her eyes., as black as possible. That would make the mask a lot scarier.
