I thought about buying this cookie cutter/stamp. I wanted to bring some Halloween love to this years Christmas. I was just wondering how easy/hard is it to get the icing into the impressions?
I mixed up some royal icing to fill in the bones on my gingerdead men. It's mainly a mixture of powdered sugar, egg whites and water. Then I used a pastry bag with a fine tip to flood the impressions with the icing. It spreads naturally to fill in the spaces. Here's a short video about royal icing for cookies:
