I'm not sure it will happen this year (unless some of you maybe want to plan some gift trades between yourselves). Last year I coordinated the gift exchange but it was difficult to get enough participants to make it work.

Some people couldn't ship internationally, and some people had already traded with one or more of the participants. So when I ruled out those pairings, there weren't enough people for everyone to get a match, and I sent some gifts myself to try to make up the difference.

It's a fun idea, but we gotta get more folks to get involved somehow!

It's probably too late now, but what about a spooky Christmas swap instead? I might be able to organize it, I just need to make note of it in my planner because I am heading into Christmas craft show season now.
