I went to Lowe's today looking for a few new dremel bits. I found that the Roto-Zip brand tools have bits that are identical to the dremel brand, and a few bucks cheaper. I was looking specifically for a deeper carving bit so I could power through the thicker funkin brand foamies. I found the Roto-Zip wall tile bit that fits the 1/8th inch cottle key for Dremels, and makes cuts up to 3/4 inches deep. Carbide tip, and the exact same as the Dremel brand bit for 2 bucks less. The only downside is that there didn't seem to be as much of the rot-zip stuff as the dremel stuff, but it could have been a marketing ploy to push the more pricey merchandise by offering more...
