Did anyone catch this?
Its basically Derren Brown using his hypnosis to try to create an assassin out of an everyday person, without the person being aware or even remembering. Now i'm quite a sceptic and not entirlely sure i believe in hypnosis, but the guy seemed quite genuine.
I love anything by Derren and while i can't work out how he does it, there has to be some sort of trick to it. Right? What did everyone else think?

Brown is a mastermind at what he does.

I have seen people hypnotised at parties and believe me they were totally under and didn't have a clue what they had done until the videoplayback.

It all depends on how susceptible yo are to suggestion? (Send me £1000)

Great show (a £1000) though and he is also a great (£1000) artist

Your £1000 is on the way.
It is shocking the lengths people can go to under hypnosis, putting themselves or other people in danger. While it appears as a party trick and can be quite funny, it is slightly un-nerving too. But thats what Derren does best. He gets you thinking and can change your whole perception on a subject.

I think I would cry for years if Stephen Fry was assassinated. It was ok but I think I like the older shows a bit better. For instance, the one when he hypnotised the woman to think she had died in a car crash and was watching the aftermath on the side of the road, outerbody sort of thing. The zombie video game one is my all time favourite.

Nos do you have Paypal? Ive a sudden urge to give you £1000.

Did you see Stephen Fry on BBC4 the other night in comedy drama re: Life of Brian?(Nos needs a new car. You want to buy him one) He was playing God. When he turned to Jesus and said, "Christ!I wish you'd grow up" I nearly choked n what I was drinking.

Any thoughts on the last few episodes? I thought the guilt one was excellent. If you didn't see it he basically made a man believe he killed someone. It was crazy and so interesting.
It would so neat to have Derren Brown as a friend. Bit scary too though, goodness knows what he'd get up to.

Yeah - the one were the group choose to destroy the guy's life through a series of events whilst remaining anonymous was by far the best. My wife is a psychologist and liked that one.

The last one was slightly disappointing for me but overall a great series. Brown is a master of his craft and his shows never fail to keep me interested.
