I watched this for the first time last night. I wish I hadn't bothered. There are a couple of gruesome scenes but those don't save that movie... I know people hav said that if it didn't have the 'Halloween' title attached to it that it might have been recieved differently, but I doubt it. It's just poor with ot without 'Halloween' being attached to it.

Next on my list of horrors that should be better: Blair Witch 2!

It was pretty terrible I bought it a couple years ago when I was trying to watch the whole series. It was actually quite hard to find.

It's true that without having "Halloween" in the title, the diehard Michael Myers fans wouldn't hate the film so much. Then again, without being called a "Halloween" sequel it would have faded into obscurity long ago.

It's not an amazing film, but I enjoy it for what it is.
