Provide your feedback on the main site (besides the patterns).

Today I tried to print off several patterns, and the only thing that prints is a small box with an "X" in the upper left hand corner of the page, and the web address at the bottom of the page. Last week I was able to print a ton of patterns without any issues.

I did restart my computer and printer, but the problem still exists.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Hopefully it just has something to do with Ryan switching over from the old site to the new. :D

Based on what you describe (printing no pattern, just an X), I'm going to guess that you're using the Internet Explorer 11 browser on Windows 7? Can you confirm?

I just started getting complaints of this happening within the past day or two. This wasn't an issue in the past, but Microsoft must have recently pushed out an update that breaks our pattern printing function.

I'm going to look for a fix, but in the meantime, can you try printing from another web browser? I'd suggest Chrome or Firefox on Windows. Here are the download links if you don't already have one of these browsers installed.

Chrome: https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Firefox: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I'm definitely using Windows 7, not sure about Internet Explorer 11, but I'm guessing this is correct. I was able to print on Tuesday September 27th without any problems. Thanks for the links, I definitely use one of those in the meantime.

Thanks for that additional info. If you were able to print on September 27, then we know this issue is very recent. Nothing was changed on this end, so Microsoft must have updated something in the last few days. Seems to be the case, because it's only been brought to my attention just recently. Sorry for the inconvenience, but at least there is a workaround for now.
