Where, how and when do i plant pumpkins??

Pumpkin patch practices and gourd garden grooming.

It takes around 110 or so days for pumpkins to mature depending on the type you grow.
Plan on LOTS of room they go nuts. Lots of water.. I cut a vine once and and quite a bit of water dripped out... I was shocked really at how much..

I know for me, being in town and all my bug spray happy neighbors.. plan on pretending you are a bee.. I use a feather and take pollen from the male flowers to the female flowers.
