I was just browsing through Bourbon & Boots and saw these cool metal displays for pumpkins: http://www.bourbonandboots.com/store/products/jack-olantern-metal-art/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; I'd love to get the antlers or the ram horns. Just think of the demonic 'kins you could cr...

It's just one of those battery operated tea lights. I use them in all my fake pumpkins (sometimes I use two or three to make it super bright).

Out of the specific pumpkin beers (and not the ubiquitous Sam Adams Oktoberfest that rules over them all), I really like the Sam Adams Harvest Pumpkin Ale. It seriously tastes like you're drinking a pumpkin pie.

Thanks guys! I was torn between the owl and Oogie Boogie for the white. I think I'm going to get one of the smaller, more circular foamies for Oogie. Still haven't decided what else to do, but I think a Bride of Frankenstein on a black foamie might in order (has anyone found the black ones in the la...

I haven't seen those pumpkin spice M&M's yet. I may have to check out Target this week to see if I can find them. For now, I am desperate for the Pumpkin Spice Coffeemate to show up! Anyone seen it at their local grocery store? I haven't been able to find it at Publix or Walmart, who both usually ha...

I'm having a pumpkin carving party in a couple of weeks, so I'll have plenty more photos to post soon. But for now, here's my first of the season: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v241/madamtorsion/owlpumpkin_zpscbfe48f4.jpg I only took it with my phone and cleaned it up a bit in PS. I'll take more...

SPOILERS! I really enjoyed this show and if the rest of the season holds my attention as well as the premiere did, they'll have a fan in me. The only thing that really bothered me was that they kept referring to the Headless Horseman as Death. If he's supposed to be the first horseman, then he isn'...

Not to self-promote (actually, it isn't self-promoting, it's mom-promoting), but my mother makes bath and body products. For the fall, she does a spiced pumpkin of which I have never found the equal in mass-produced stuff. Here's a link for the scrub: http://bidwellbotanicals.com/scrub-pumpkin.html"...

Glad I'm not the only underwhelmed by this year's scents. It seems like last year they had more new ones, didn't they? Or maybe they were just all better. I ended up buying more Farmer's Market because I loved it so much last year. I did get one of those Apple Cider votives, though. I like the sligh...

I would absolutely die if you made a Peter Capaldi pattern. I've been a fan of his for a long time and I cannot be more excited about the news.

I went to the preview today. Lots of fun, employees in costume and such. They've got some cool stuff this year. I was hoping for some solid new candle scents, but the November Rain smelled, to me, like cologne - not bad, just not...like rain or November. Or Guns'n'Roses. Who knows what they were goi...

Cool idea, OldTrustyLegs. I don't think it's ever been suggested. Ya know, I haven't seen that movie in ages. I should re-watch it. I get the urge to re-watch it about once or twice a year. Truth be told, one of my favorite characters is Santiago (Stephen Rea - in a Neil Jordan film, who woulda tho...

I did a forum search and didn't find a request for this, but feel free to delete if I just didn't find it. I'd love a Lestat pattern from Interview with the Vampire. Or Claudia (though for some reason, I feel like I've seen one of her before and can't find it now). Really any of them. Family portrai...

So glad I decided to visit the forum today. I will definitely be braving the mall on Saturday to check that out. So glad you reminded me that it's THIS weekend. How is it August already!? I wouldn't have realized it had I not just flipped the page on my calendar. That happened quick. Not that I'm c...
