The Grinch and Yukon Cornelius (JP pattern) in my garage window. I used black posterboard cut to fit the glass panes. I then used those cheap plastic table covers to add the color. It's backlit with a small desk lamp. The bottom pane is a little washed out on the left side because the lamp was close...

I basically just picked at it. Having fingernails would probably make it a lot easier or maybe even a small tweezers. It actually took more time peeling off the remaining sticker paper than it took to do the actual carving.

There really are no secrets to it. I used sticker paper to transfer the pattern. I found it much quicker and easier than transfer paper. I then cut it out using a dremel with a flex shaft attachment and a diamond burr bit. The one on the far left is the bit of choice. http://i1151.photobucket.com/al...
