I clean my seeds and take off as much goop as I can.. soak the seeds in warm salt water for a little bit. Spread them out on a cookie sheet.. then... dare I say it??



Pour melted butter over them and bake... :shock: Yes I'm a fat girl LOL..

It takes around 110 or so days for pumpkins to mature depending on the type you grow. Plan on LOTS of room they go nuts. Lots of water.. I cut a vine once and and quite a bit of water dripped out... I was shocked really at how much.. I know for me, being in town and all my bug spray happy neighbors....

I love my pro carving tool! I have not had problems with the blades just takes time to get used to changing them. I had trouble at first but you will get it

I have had a few of those and the warts are kind of hard to cut. Its good for faces but thats about it. No real pattern is going to be able to be done.

those are awesome! This year Im saving my haybales ,well straw bales... So I can make straw bale planters. I saw it done at the San Diego county fair and I think its just really cool. I've wanted to make raised beds for years but it costs so much. Strawbales work so well.

I do real. Im thinking of adding a foam pumpkin or two each year because its seems to get harder and harder to carve so many every year.

How do you guys store the foam ones? I really do not have alot of room for storage as we only have a once car garage and I go nuts on Christmas as well..
