It's always tough to choose a costume winner, among all those cute kids. But this couple came up with a pair of film-accurate creepy costumes, inspired by the movie "Donnie Darko." And sometimes creepy wins out over cute.
"I LOVE your site! I have always loved carving, but I hate the goofy patterns that come with the carving saws in the stores. I will be coming back to your site every year. As you can see from the photo, we went Darko this year, with my husband as Frank, me as Donnie, and your wonderful Frank pattern as the centerpiece. It turned out so nicely that I may carve it again next year."

I bet she has a bedtime much earlier than the stroke of midnight, but this little princess surely had a royal pumpkin and a Cinderella costume that fit like a glass slipper.

Jia
Not to be outdone by Cinderella, Jia represented the "fairest of them all." I thought Snow White was an adult, but Jia was practically dwarfed by those two giant pumpkins.
