The esteemed panel of zombie judges have spoken, and by a nearly unanimous decision,
the winner of the 2003 Creepy Contest is CoBi.
There were so many terrifyingly terrific photos this year, but CoBi's quality work stood out in all categories.
Close runners up include Sheryl's pirate themed Pumpkin Yard, Kelly's Gollum/Orc on a 200+ pound pumpkin, and Jeff's Homer Simpson with trademark "Doh!"
But there are so many others worth viewing as well. Modified stencils, creative lighting, unique props. Too many great ones to list here. So please browse through the nearly 200 photo submissions in the completed 2003 Gruesome Gallery.

Photo submissions for this year's gallery are still being sorted, resized, and coded. There's enough to fill a dozen graveyards! They should be up soon.
Thanks to those that have participated, especially you ghouls in other countries (England, Venezuela, Belgium, Scotland) that don't normally celebrate Halloween with as much fervor as the U.S.
Remember, you have until November 30th to send in your carving photos for contest consideration. Get that film developed!

It's alive! ALIVE!!! My greatest creation is born.
In addition to all the carving stencils from last year, 6 new patterns have already been added, including: House of 1000 Corpses, Pirates of the Caribbean, Lord of the Rings, and Hellbilly Deluxe Rob Zombie.
"Attack of the Zombie Pumpkins!" t-shirts are also available starting today. Order soon to make sure you get yours in time for your pumpkin carving party. They also make the perfect cheap Halloween costume.
