Membership Questions

Q: How many patterns do I get for each price?
A: The $20 "Monster Harvest" account gives you access to 217+ patterns, and 10 bonus patterns. The $10 "Whole Harvest" account gives you access to 217+ patterns. The $5 "Break Ground" account gives you access to 25 patterns of your choice. The $2 "Bare Bones" account gives you access to 2 patterns of your choice.

Q: Can I upgrade my account to the next level?
A: Yes. Just log into the site, then click the "Manage Account" link in the upper left. On your account page, you'll see the option to make additional payments to get your membership to the next tier.

Q: How long will my membership last?
A: Memberships last for 9 months from the date of payment.

Q: Can I share my password or patterns with others?
A: No (with possible exceptions). Please view the Member Agreement for full details.

Payment Questions

Q: Is my credit card info kept secure?
A: Yes. After clicking the "Create Account" button, you'll notice that you're taken to a page on PayPal's server, the address being https://www.paypal.com. The "s" after "http" indicates that your transaction will be secure and private. ZombiePumpkins.com never sees nor stores your credit card information. You can view the Privacy Policy for more details about this.

Q: I don't have a credit card. Can I still use PayPal?
A: Yes. In addition to a credit card, your source of payment can also be a debit card, bank account, or money held in an existing PayPal account.

Q: Can I send you a check by snail mail instead?
A: Yes. Simply print out this mail order membership form (PDF file). The form will explain how and where to mail your payment. Once payment is received by mail, your account will be activated and you'll be emailed with your login information.

Q: Will I be automatically billed monthly/yearly?
A: No. Each payment is considered a one time contribution. When your membership eventually expires, you'll have the option to renew for the next season. But renewing is totally voluntary. You'll never be automatically charged.

Password/Login Questions

Q: Can I change my name, email or password?
A: Yes. After you log in you'll see a "Manage Account" link in the upper left of the page which allows you to update all of that information, as well as upgrade your account.

Q: What should I do if I forgot my password?
A: Use the Forgot Password feature to have it resent to you by email.

Q: Why does the Forgot Password feature say I'm not in the database?
A: When joining this site, you may have used a different email address, or mistyped it. If you're not sure what email you used to join, contact me and provide your full name so I can look it up for you.

Pattern Questions

Q: Can I print a pattern more than once?
A: Yes. Even if your membership level has a pattern limit, you can print unlimited copies of your chosen designs.

Q: How do I access the exclusive bonus patterns?
A: There is a "Bonus Patterns" category at the bottom of the Petrifying Patterns page, which will become an active link if you have a "Monster Harvest" membership and are logged in.

Q: Can you make a pattern of ______?
A: Maybe. I can't fulfill every wish, but the most common requests are likely to make their way onto the site eventually. Contact me with your suggestions.

Printing Questions

Q: Do I need special software to access the patterns?
A: All you need to print the patterns is the Adobe Flash Player, which you likely have installed already if you've seen animations on the web.

Q: Why doesn't anything happen after I click "print"?
A: Hardware problems are beyond the scope of this help page. Please be sure you have a working printer before signing up and attempting to print the patterns.

Q: Do you ship to countries outside the US?
A: Yes, I ship anywhere in the world.

Q: How much are shipping charges to my country?
A: When you add items to the shopping cart, you can enter your postal code and calculate the exact shipping rate (based on package weight) before you decide to place your order.
