Membership Questions
Q: How many patterns do I get for each price?
A: An "Unlimited" account ranges from $5 to $20 and gives you access to all the Zombie Pumpkin patterns (currently 155 designs). A $2 "Basic" account allows you to print two designs of your choice.
Q: I tried the "Basic Membership" but now I want to go "Unlimited." Can I upgrade my account?
A: Yes. Just log into the site, then click the "View/Edit Account Info" link at the top. On your account page, you'll see the option to make additional payments to get your membership to the next level.
Q: What's the difference between the $15, $10, and $5 accounts?
A: There's no difference in terms of what you get. They all give you unlimited access to print as many patterns as you want, until the end of 2008.
I just offer the range of choices in case anyone wants to be more generous. Basically, I let you choose the amount that you think is affordable and fair (based on the amount of patterns you plan to print).
Q: How long will my membership last?
A:
All memberships created now will expire when the clock strikes January 1, 2009.
Q: Can I share my password with others?
A: No, sharing passwords with multiple friends (or strangers) is not allowed. IP addresses are recorded with each login. If an unreasonable number of computers are seen accessing the same account, I reserve the right to cancel any membership at my discretion.
Don't worry, you can feel free to log in from your dad's house, your girlfriend's place, or print patterns at the office. I just want to prevent the type of abuse where someone gives out their password publicly, leading to a very high amount of logins from different users.
Payment Questions
Q: How do I know my credit card info will be kept secure?
A: After clicking the "Join Us" button, you'll notice that you're taken to a page on PayPal's server, the address being https://www.paypal.com. The "S"
after "HTTP" indicates that your transaction will be secure and private.
ZombiePumpkins.com never sees nor stores your credit card information. You can view my Privacy Policy for more details about this.
Q: I don't have a credit card. Can I still use PayPal?
A: Yes. Besides a credit card, your source of payment can also be a debit card, bank account, or money held in an existing PayPal account.
Q: Can I send you a check by snail mail instead?
A:
I encourage you to use PayPal's automatic system, for instant access to the patterns. But if that's not an option (and you don't mind waiting several days) you can pay by mail.
Simply print out this mail order membership form (PDF file). The order form will explain how and where to mail your payment.
Once payment is received by mail, your account will be created/renewed and you'll be emailed with your login information.
Q: Will I be automatically billed monthly/yearly?
A: No. Each payment is considered a one time contribution. When your membership eventually expires, you'll have the option to make a new payment to gain access to the next season of patterns. But renewing is totally voluntary. You'll never be automatically charged.

Password/Login Questions
Q: Can I change my name/email/password?
A: Yes. After you log in you'll see a "View/Edit Account Info" link at the top of the page which allows you to update all of that information.
Q: What should I do if I forgot my password?
Q: I tried using the Forgot Password feature, but it says I'm not in the database. Why is that?
A:
When joining this site, you may have used a different email address, or mistyped it. If you're not sure what email you used to join, contact me and provide your full name so I can look it up for you.
Q: I signed up last year (or before) and now I can't remember what email I used to join. Can you look it up for me?
A:
Have you made a payment for 2008 yet? If not, attempting to log in will only remind you that to gain access to the pumpkin patterns for this season, you will need to renew your membership.
Simply head over to the Join Now page to make a new payment. You can use any email address, and a new account will be created as soon as payment is processed.
Printing Questions
Q: Do I need special software to access the patterns?
A: All you need to print the patterns is the Adobe Flash player, which you likely have installed already if you've ever seen animations on the web.
Q: Why doesn't anything happen after I click "print"?
A: Hardware problems are beyond the scope of this help page. Be sure you have a working printer before signing up and attempting to print the patterns.
