Happy Friday the 13th!

Postby RavensDestiny » Thu Apr 12, 2012 10:48 pm

Anyone do anything special on this special day? I always like to watch at least one horror flick. It just seems scarier on Friday the 13th.

A few things to watch out for..

If 13 people sit down to dinner together , one will die within the year.

If you have 13 letters in your name, you will have the devil’s luck. Jack the Ripper, Charles Manson, Jeffrey Dahmer, Theodore Bundy and Albert De Salvo all have 13 letters in their names.

If you cut your hair on Friday the 13th, someone in your family will die.

A child born on Friday the 13th will be unlucky for life.

If a funeral procession passes you on Friday the 13th, you will be the next to die.

Have a good day everyone!

Happy Friday the 13th!

Good thing I just got my hair cut (on the 12th). I didn't realize that cutting my hair a day later could have doomed a loved one. Also, I have 14 letters in my name. Phew, close one.

I too like to watch a horror movie every Friday the 13th. Sometimes one of the Jason Voorhees films, but not always. I'm not sure what I'll watch for this Friday. What is everyone else going to watch?

It's also a good day to listen to this song:

.

"Thirteen month old baby, broke the lookin' glass. Seven years of bad luck, the good things in your past."

Don't know if it's much of a horror but I think I'll be watching Troll Hunter tonight.

I have my Graduation project today (which happens to be about movie monsters and how they changed stuff, yes I added ZP! in for sure), and I hope to do some other stuff today too.

Well I think my bad luck has started already today! Right now I'm in bed sick! :( But on the bright side since I'm home I can watch a few scary movies!

12 letters in my name, dodged a bullet there! I watched Cabin In The Woods and Super 8 on the 13th. Nothing too strange happened although I did get a cold (and still have it!).

How is everyone celebrating this Friday the 13th? I'm going to see a rockabilly band playing live at the park, and will probably follow it up with a horror movie. I'm thinking it might be a Poltergeist sort of night.

I was going to see The Amazing Spider-Man tonight but I'm feeling pretty ill and feeling like I'll be getting worse before the day ends (Thanks Friday the 13th!) so I think I'll settle down with a horror movie instead. Maybe Behind the Mask, been meaning to watch that again for a while!

I may watch Freddy vs. Jason. It is the only movie I have with Jason in it.
