new lighting effect

this is an idea i had about 10 minits ago while watchign the simpsons i just want to know if anyone has ever thought of it ir tryed it i was thinking about putting a pice of tin foil in the back of my pumpkins in order to reflect the light outward any opinion on that idea???

I think that might actually diminish the effect.
When a pumpkin is lit, you are generally seeing the back, inside surface (yellow). If you cover it up with foil, it would most likely look darker.
