I needed a hand for his glove, but the "severed hands" at Dollar Tree have fingers that are super short and stubby, tape and leftover plastic to the rescue!

Here he is! the pants are old ones of mine.

His head is a milk gallon...I wrapped it in pink fabric (old shirt). I also cut a hole in the back so I could put a light in his head.

Great Freddy, and cool idea for placement! He's creeping over the railing... you almost don't see him at first. But he'll reach out and grab ya! I like the strobe in the head idea too. Must look pretty otherworldly in person.
