Here's a pretty cool stained glass coloring book that I got from Amazon. It has 4- 4 page posters that you can color and piece together to make a window display. You could also frame these. You can use colored pencils, crayons, markers, gel pens, tissue paper, or anything you want really to color them in. I will post pics once I get mine done.
