Whenever I have to urge to run through my yard naked, I drink some Windex. It keeps me from streaking.

let the teeth dry out a little bit then apply white over it and it will help seal it some

Yup! I did it last year on one of my kins (sorry no photo as my camera busted just after Halloween). I just painted the teeth with 2 coats of white glue to seal then use acrylic craft paint. Then I sealed it again with a little more white glue. Didn't budge a bit!
