His description is funny because he says "these pumpkins are not sold in stores, or made by the millions" and maybe it's true that foam pumpkins with my designs aren't mass produced in factories... but according to my records there have been 2,696,488 patterns printed. So in a way... yes, MILLIONS have probably been carved, all by different people. People who can join this site and and buy their own blank pumpkin for much less than the $75 being charged on Etsy.

If the seller is reported to the Etsy Admins, they will remove them from the site, such a shame this has to be done every year.

That's the advertising slogan for Tesco, UK's biggest supermarket and billion dollar company. Is this some sort of subtle clue for a future commercial tie in? If so it would transform pumpkin carving in this country. Incidentally, they announced yesterday that they had binned 30,000 tonnes of food in the first six months of this year. Having seen the size and cost of their diminutive pumpkins, they might do that in October alone.

This one should be easy to squash (and post-Halloween I have the time to attack too). Pretty shameless, to sell the paper patterns, and so obviously cover the logo and URL with little scraps of paper.

Sneaky indeed. They don't show any photos, but it's pretty clear what pattern collection this is. Although I don't have any categories that say "Culture" or "Rock Gops"

I wonder how they think they can get away with this explanation: "All this software is available for free. We are charging a small price for the professional creation of the CD, Postage and Packing."

Still doesn't make it right. You're not supposed to give away duplicates of other people's creative work for free (music, movies).

That one is just...low. The gall some people have is just astounding.
