I Love the 1984 Freddy but it would be pretty sweet to have the 2010 Freddy as a carving stencil!!

Yeah, I prefer the Robert Englund Freddy also. I thought the 2010 Freddy was ok but nothing compared to Robert Englund.

When I saw the remake of Nightmare on Elm Street, I thought it was okay. As more time passed, I realized that it wasn't very memorable for me. And of course, it's clear that I've always been a fan of the original version.

But whether or not I like something doesn't always matter, when it comes to deciding what to make into a pattern. I usually listen to the demands of the people. And so far, there hasn't been much demand for the "2010 Freddy" to be made into a pattern.

I try to aim for characters that are really hot at the moment, or a proven classic that will be around for years. I'm not sure if 2010 Freddy is either, at the moment.
