One of these grave icons is not like the others,
One of these grave icons just doesn't belong,
Can you tell which icon is not like the others
By the time I finish my song?

Poor Christopher Lee. A lifetime of inspiring horror. He might be able to get a knighthood from the Queen but can he be immortalized as a ZP pattern? No.

When he eventually departs this mortal coil, I would hope that they would exhume Vincent Price and bury all three of them together in the same graveyard. How scary would it be to visit there at night?

I love that picture Nos. It gives me creepy tingles. lol

I think I may be going with a less obvious suggestion here but I would LOVE to see Charles Dickens.

I know that he's usually associated with Christmas, *BUT* there is a lot of supernatural Halloweenishness about the good man too. Consider this: his creepy death scenes, specifically Mr. Krook's death by spontaneous human combustion in Bleak House, he has lots of ghosts and spirits, murder, grave robberies and cemeteries, mystery, and some good gothic horror. Not to mention he had a very keen interest in spiritualism.

I think Dickens would make a fantastic addition to Grave Icons. :D

What about the Dr. Klopek guy in "The Burbs?" (Henry Gibson.) That guy was freaking scary! I think he's been in a few horror films too. (And the TV show Eerie Indiana, which was awesome!) :D

I we're giving Scrooge and the 3 ghosts a consideration, then I gotta give another push for Charles Dickens. I think he would be a great addition to the Grave Icons. :D

Sorry to inform you he's dead. You will never see him unless you dig up his corpse.

Just wanted to bump this. Would really like to see John Carpenter, Tom Savini, and/or Tim Burton as a pattern this year.

Resurrecting this thread :D

The newest pattern H.P. Lovecraft is a perfect addition to Grave Icons. This is quite possibly my favorite pattern category. My ex-husband Vincent, Poe and Lovecraft. THE best!!

I cannot wait to see who shows up next in this category...

Burton would be excellent, also maybe Stephen King (very recognizable), or a lady pumpkin - Anne Rice?
