Hello, just found this website yesterday & I was wondering if anyone has done the Spongebob pattern ? Some parts of it look so thin I'm wondering how it can possibly stay up .

Oh it's definitely been carved - check out the galleries section of the website. I did it a few years ago, was definitely a challenge (the scooby doo one has a similar kind of long thin section that appears daunting but wasnt too bad when actually done), but it turned out splendid.

And remember to cut out the smaller pieces first! You might not want to carve it too early because of all the thin lines, but all of Ryan's patterns are very structurally sound.

Yes you want to be very careful with it, due to thin lines some parts break off real easy.

Yep, it's definitely carveable! It's the type of pattern that I try to do closer to Halloween so that I've warmed up on some easier ones first.

Good luck!
