Buhdewsy's next project.

This was done years ago. It's called Self by Marc Quinn and he used 4.5 litres of his own blood, poured it into a mould and froze it. It sold a few years back for £1.5 million.

It still gives me the creeps

That is really... weird, gross, interesting, kinda cool and creepy. How did he drain that much blood out of himself? Wait, I may not want to know. Well o.k., I do.

I think he did it over several months. A pint at a time as if donating it. That is guesswork on my part, otherwise he would have dropped dead so I'm sure he must have taken advice. I don't know where he stored it all that time - I'm assuming he must have had a freezer in his studio - which makes it even more weird.

To me it looks like a Summer Fruit Pudding crossed with an Ice Lolly.
