Officially put out by Disney or not, those weren't designed by me or you, JP. That's why they aren't that good. 8)

Last season's gallery brought us this "Shaun of the Dead" with the "Dawn of the Dead" zombie behind him.

2005 Gallery - #344

How about the "Freaky Tiki" with his hibiscus flowers projected from the back? Or the "Corpse Bride" with a bunch of butterflies on the wall behind her?

Hey Patch Master, is the set of tiki's in the background of your pic the inspiration to some of your tiki patterns? Well, the tiki faces of my stencils aren't directly based on my tiki mugs. But I guess they're all part of my current tiki fascination which began this summer. I have quite a few of t...

I was thinking the same thing. Where are the Jack and Sally stencils? Two of the designs that come with that kit are of Halloween/Christmas toys. Which are cool, but I wonder why they made those and not the more major characters. Maybe there's more inside the tin, but you'd think they'd show them of...

Well they'll see it coming now, if they haven't seen the movie yet, but read your post first. Heh.

One of my least favorite parts of carving is cutting the top off For the last several years I've just used a kitchen steak knife to cut my lids. This fairly strong knife has a serrated edge and a point on the end. http://www.zombiepumpkins.com/img/forum/knife.jpg Takes a firm grip (on the pumpkin a...

I'm afraid there will be no hoodies this year, Devil Guy. I opted to make 2 t-shirt styles and a girls babydoll shirt. But I say there's a good chance for ZP hoodies next season!

Not so sure about sound effects, but last year I offered some suggestions for spooky tunes. Check out this thread: Haunted Sounds...soundtrack Black Mage also suggested a cool Halloween Jukebox that should give you some ideas for fun party songs. Once Halloween gets closer, I might post another list...

As far as I'm aware, Michaels doesn't sell Funkins. Since they produce their own (thinner) pumpkins, it seems that selling Funkins would compete with their standard product. Personally, the only places I've been able to get Funkins are on Fun-kins.com and at Jo-Ann, A.C. Moore, and Hobby Lobby stores.

I found this thing on the side of the road, with a "free" sign on it. How could someone give away such a perfect jack-o-lantern display stand? I think several of my carvings will be sitting on this. Like bleachers, for zombie pumpkins.
