They didn't tell me the background, but I assumed it was a family crest for the Bell family. I am not sure about Scotland, but you are probably right.

Here's a pumpkin I carved for a lady who is having a wedding in October.
Hi Sam. Nice to meet you.
Welcome to the group Scarface. Looking forward to seeing your carves.
Here are some photos from my phone. http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p41/kenklinker/2016%20Pumpkins/Home%20display%201_zpsh4wsohc0.jpg~original http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p41/kenklinker/2016%20Pumpkins/Home%20display%202_zpsedyvmcbz.jpg~original http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p41/kenkl...
No Mayor. I was lucky. Although the portrait I did of my wife a few years ago was a casualty. I guess I will have to do an updated one.
Nice display. I bet everyone really enjoyed it.
Here is a video of Ken's Pumpkin Patch 2016 set up at my house on Halloween with 216 pumpkins. Unfortunately, earlier in the day, two of the sections of shelves collapsed crushing 6 real and 4 foam pumpkins. http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p41/kenklinker/2016%20Pumpkins/th_2016%20Video_zpshfrkdyi...
Great job on your carves Raven. Maybe next year will work out better for you.
I was trying to challenge myself. Plus I wanted to see if it looked as cool on a pumpkin as it did as a papercut.
Here's a few more I carved for Ken's Pumpkin Patch 2016. http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p41/kenklinker/2016%20Pumpkins/2016%20compilation%20large%20light%206_zpsjhf3defg.png~original http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p41/kenklinker/2016%20Pumpkins/P1050734%20c_zps3tk4yhkl.jpg~original http://i1...
Welcome back.
