Totally frustrated. Won't have time to carve anything this year. Took out all my pumpkins and more than half are crushed and damaged. Last year people were in too much of a rush to pack up, they just didn't care. The money and time to create them. Plus a lot of my decorations are in the same shape. ...

Remote Control Lights

Was at Pier One Imports and picked up a couple of LED lights, they are actually for Chinese Lanterns. They also have a remote control with them. A little on the big side, but with the artifical pumpkins, or even the real ones, you just cut a rectangle to slide them in... They work great. A bit price...

Wondering if anyone has left a Micheal's pumpkin outside for a long period of time? Need to know if it will fade, discolour and stand up to hot temperatures or even cold temps. Reason for asking... I just finished making a bunch of Tiki pumpkins and want to display them in the garden. Found some gre...

Would really like to thank you Ryan for another fantastic year of tremendous designs. I didn't get to carve any pumpkins this year except for those pumpkin foamies for my son and family. But I have 20 foam pumpkins that will be carved shortly for next year. You are a true artist with abudant talent.

Over 500 and 20 pounds of candy gone... Was slow compared to other years I suppose due to the rain... One surprise was someone came with a pony that loves candy... Wonder if the pony counts as a trick or treater?

I am just too old to start learning shaded carving, though they are beautiful works of art. I am a tradionilst and love the tradion of cut-out designs. Just old fashioned I suppose. My best and most intricate carves would have to be these offerings. Pharoah's Costume Party (A PM pattern from 1994) C...

My son is in the Navy, stationed out west. He asked if I could carve some pumpkins and ship them out to him. There is a couple of problems with this, the cost, the time, and storage for him (we all know the storage problem with foam pumpkins). I got an idea when I found these foam pumpkins at Walmar...
