In regards to transferring the pattern, don't go using your poking tool. That's how she got this belly in the first place. .... I always try and make my own costumes from what ever i can get
i did Mr .T once and had to but a chest wig and cut it down to make the mohawk for my head as for the price no idea as i alawys end up spending more than i should but then halloween is only once a year ( unfortunatly)

got a party on saturday to go to i'm dressing up as usual doing the full monty and spending to much money on bits and bobs ( as usual) but my missus is not bothering as she is 7 months pregnant i've managed to convince her to wear a orange t-shirt and let me make it into a pumpkin and put a stencil ...

i think the accessories section would be a great idea
as for mixing patterns i have never concidered this as i think it would take away from the idea that ryan has perfected the stencil and your not happy with it.

i love monsters inc i think ryan should do a section just for them there are so many stencil that could be done just from that one film
